Please rest assured. Our Japanese staff — including Maru, Yukie, and Fumiko — will handle all booking inquiries with care. On the day of service, a long-time Japanese resident driver or Japanese-speaking staff member will be in charge, so feel free to ask about directions or any last-minute changes along the way.

As professionals entrusted with our guests' safety, we strictly follow a "Safety First" approach. Our professional drivers are thoroughly trained in local traffic laws and driving techniques, so you can relax and enjoy the ride.

Pricing is generally based on the time from pickup at your specified location to drop-off at your final destination. We will provide a clear quote before your booking, including minimum usage time and whether tips and tolls are included.

After booking confirmation, cancellation fees are as follows:

• From booking confirmation to 15 days before the service date: Free, full refund
• 15 days to 3 days before the service date: 50% of the fee
• 2 days to 1 day before the service date: 100% of the fee

If a flight delay or cancellation prevents you from using your planned charter service, we will waive the cancellation fee upon presentation of documentation, or flexibly explore rescheduling to another date.
